Insurance

Statements about the insurance plans we work with are general. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Coverage, prior authorization, and your out-of-pocket responsibility are determined by your plan and are confirmed when we prepare your order. You remain responsible for amounts your plan does not pay.

Quotes and requests

Submitting a request or receiving a quote does not create a binding order or contract. Any sale or rental is subject to availability, eligibility, required documentation (such as a physician’s order), and the separate written terms or agreement we provide for that transaction.

Trademarks and third-party content

Names, logos, and images of manufacturers and products (for example Vive Health, Medline, Drive Medical, Coloplast, Hollister, Coretech, and others) are trademarks or property of their respective owners and appear only to identify products we supply or can source. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them unless expressly stated. Customer reviews shown on the Site are quoted from our public Google Business Profile and reflect the reviewers’ individual opinions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeCare for AbetterUand its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
